Ordering: Purchase orders may be placed via phone, fax, e-mailed, or mailed to Wogtech Designs, Inc.  Any custom items designed specifically for you will be assigned a new part number and should be reordered using that number. Faxing your custom product order to (727) 532-0191 is the most efficient method, ensuring that we are aware of any modifications you would like made.

Credit Policy: A dealer application must be completed and approved* by Wogtech Designs, Inc., prior to shipping any items. A credit application must be completed and approved by Wogtech Designs, Inc., before shipping on open account (2% 10, net 30 days). A service charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% per year) will be added to all past due invoices. All orders will be held without shipment if there are unpaid invoices over 45 days. All orders placed prior to credit approval can be prepaid with a company check or shipped UPS COD.

Terms of Sale: Price is subject to change without prior notice and in the interest of product development, we reserve the right to alter design specifications and materials without prior notice. Our standard catalog items are covered under our 100 day risk free guarantee. Order what you think you may need, keep only what you want, and return the unused items. You have 100 days to decide. Custom items may not be returned for credit. No minimum orders. Call us with your order, no matter how small. We’ll process your order quickly, efficiently and accurately.

Freight: We ship all orders UPS "Ground" unless you instruct us otherwise on the purchase order. Standard UPS charges will be added to the invoice.

Warranty: Wogtech Designs, Inc. offers to the original purchaser of our catalog products a One Year Limited Warranty. Any product found defective due to the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option. Most custom made products are also covered under the same warranty. If a custom made product is not covered, you will be notified before shipment of the product. No warranty is made or implied as to the suitability or intended use of our products.

Liability: The value of the defective product is Wogtech Designs, Incorporated's only liability. We are not responsible or liable for the application of our products. We are not responsible or liable for any contributions or modifications made to our products.
